Who are your products designed for?
Our products are ideal for:
- Individuals: Showcase your unique strengths with personalized desk placards.
- Coaches and Companies: Customize products for team workshops, events, or corporate branding.
How do I place an order?
- For Individuals: Select your product on our website, and you’ll be directed to our secure customization platform to choose your top 5 or 10 strengths from a dropdown menu and finalize your design.
- For Teams/Companies: After selecting your product, you’ll be redirected to our secure build site, where you can upload an Excel list of team members and their strengths. You’ll also have the option to upload your company logo for branded products.
Rest assured, our build site fully integrates with our ordering system and uses secure technology to protect your information.
Product Customization
Can I customize my order with my company's logo?
Yes! For coaches or companies, you can upload a high-quality logo during the order process, which will be added to your selected products.
What file format is required for uploading my team's strengths?
We accept Excel files (.xls or .xlsx) with clearly labeled columns for names and strengths. Detailed instructions are provided during checkout.
Why am I redirected to another site for customization?
Our customization platform is designed to give you the best tools for personalizing your products, such as dropdown menus for strengths and easy file uploads for team orders. The build site is part of our secure system and ensures your customization process is seamless and accurate.
Can I preview my customized products before ordering?
Yes, once you’re redirected to the build site, you’ll see a real-time preview of your product. For bulk orders, you’ll receive a digital proof after submitting your Excel file.
